cancellation policy

Please provide 48 hours notice via text or phone call to 0402 983 702 if you are unable to make your appointment.


Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee which is 50% of the scheduled service.

Any arrival that exceeds 10 minutes post booking time will result in the cancellation of your appointment and recorded as a ‘no show’. Any ‘No shows’ will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service to compensate for the business loss.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation is required outside the notice period, the outstanding deposit will be kept as a credit on the clients file.
